29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i): The employee training did not include the methods and observations used to detect the presence or release of a hazardous chemical in the work area:  (a) On or about February 17, 2017 and at times prior to that date, for employees installing and servicing power generation systems at well sites with potential exposure to respiratory hazards including but not limited to hydrocarbon vapors without appropriate monitoring equipment, located at 819 Implement Drive in Dickinson, North Dakota.
