29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: (a) At the front porch: On or about February 17 2017 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to a struck-by hazard in that employees were working on the ground were not wearing hard hats while employees were trimming and installing roof panels on the porch roof above.
