Location: Jobsite An employee was exposed to falls greater than 11 feet to the ground below, while working on a steel awning attached to the side of a building, where fall protection had not been used.

Location: Jobsite Employees were exposed to fall hazards using 8 foot aluminum step ladders, where not trained to recognize or avoid the hazards.
