29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(iii): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet (1.5 m) high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour.     On or about February 21, 2017, employees were exposed to fire hazards as a result of the improper storage of oxygen and acetylene fuel cylinders:     a.  Multiple oxygen and acetylene fuel cylinders were stored together along a wall in the general shop area.     b.  An oxygen cylinder and an acetylene fuel cylinder were stored on a cart for longer than one shift or one day.  The cylinders did not have valve protection caps in place.     This item was corrected during the inspection.
