29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:   (a). Worksite located at 900 NE Swann Road, Lee's Summit, Missouri- Employees were in the process of tearing off a roof and applying felt with staple guns which create projectile hazards and the employees were not wearing any means of eye protection.

Worksite located at 900 NE Swann Road, Lee's Summit, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fire or explosion hazard in that gasoline was being stored in a un-approved container.

Worksite located at 900 NE Swann Road, Liberty, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard while working on a steep roof and were not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection.

Worksite located at 900 NE Swann Road, Lee's Summit, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on a steep roof and had not been provided training to help employees recognition of fall hazards and ways to mitigate these hazards.
