This was most recently documented on or about February 23, 2017 when a roofer was observed using a pneumatic nail gun without eye protection. This was most recently documented on or about February 23, 2017 when roofers were observed using a portable ladder to access roof with ladder being extended at least 3 feet. 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59):   At the residential construction site located at 633 Gregory Blvd in Kansas City, Missouri: The employer is failing to protect employees from dermal, ingestion, and inhalation exposure to hazardous chemicals. This was most recently documented on or about February 23, 2017 an employee was observed pouring gasoline into a compressor machine. The employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program to ensure that employees were aware of the hazards associated with the chemicals with which they work.  Hazardous chemicals used at the site included but were not limited to gasoline.     Abatement verification for this item is required.
