29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service:   a. Inside the Building/Storage - On or about February 23,2017, a visual inspection was not conducted on the compressed gas cylinder tank (propane - C3H8) at the back of the powered industrial truck (yellow-caterpillar).  Employees were thereby exposed to the hazards of working near compressed gas cylinders.  1.  The gas tank's bracket system had its (L) left side clasp missing completely.  2. The gas tank's bracket system had its (R) right side clasp un-fastened.
