29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, and was not protected by protective helmets. a) J1663 Saratoga Road (Rte 9), South Glens Falls, NY 12803 - On or about 2/21/2017, employees were exposed to the potential of falling objects while trusses were being installed by a truck-mounted boom crane. Employees were not wearing protective helmets on the jobsite.

29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): The employer permitted employee(s) to work in such proximity to a part of an electric power circuit that the employee could have contacted the electric power circuit in the course of work, and the employee was not protected against electric shock by deenergizing the circuit and grounding it or by guarding it effectively by insulation or other means. a) 1663 Saratoga Rd (Rte 9), South Glens Falls, NY 12803 - On or about 2/21/2017, employees were installing trusses with a truck-mounted boom crane approximately 3 feet away from a live electrical service line, exposing employees to an electric shock hazard.
