29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about February 23, 2017, employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet to the paved ground below, while installing shingles on the roof of a residential building without being trained to recognize fall hazards.
