The employee was exposed to corneal abrasions when operating a 7-1/4 in Makita circular saw cutting plywood roof sheathing while not wearing any eye and or face protection.    Occurred on 02/24/17

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented:      a) 300 Main Street, Woodbridge, NJ 07095. Employees were exposed to fall hazards approximately 18 feet from the eave to the ground below when installing plywood roof sheathing with no fall protection systems in place.       Occurred on 02/24/17
