29 CFR 1926.20(b) (2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):  a. Laurel Manor Subdivision, 3529 Lily Magnolia Court, Lot #61, Buford, GA (Jobsite) - Employees (Roofing Subcontractors) were exposed to fall hazard.  Employees were walking and working on the elevated level of the newly constructed residential home. The employer did not perform frequent and regular inspections of the project and/or the employees making sure the roofers were utilizing their fall protection system in the correct manner, on or about February 28, 2017.

29 CFR 1926.502(d) (17): The attachment point of the body belt was not located in the center of the wearer's back. The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head.  a.  Laurel Manor Subdivision, 3529 Lily Magnolia Court, Lot #61, Buford, GA (Jobsite) - Employees (Roofing Subcontractors) were exposed to fall hazard. -  Employee were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 60 feet, while performing roofing work such as, installing felt paper and shingles on the elevated roof area of a new residential structure.  Several roofers were observed wearing the body harness attachment point in the front of the employee's body, on or about 02/28/17.
