This was most recently documented on February 28, 2017 at 5602 Colrain Ave, Kansas City, MO 64151. An employee was observed using pneumatic nail gun without the use of eye protection.

This was most recently documented on February 28, 2017 at 5602 Colrain Ave, Kansas City, MO 64151. Employees were not protected from a fall hazard when observed working approximately 9 feet up on a residential roof installing new roofing tiles on a house with a roof pitch of 5/12.

This was most recently documented on February 28, 2017 at 5602 Colrain Ave, Kansas City, MO 64151.  Employees were accessing a working surface on a steep pitch roof by way of a portable ladder whose side rails did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface being accessed.
