29 CFR 1926.1101(f)(2)(i): The employer with a work operation covered by the asbestos standard did not ensure that a competent person conducted an exposure assessment immediately before or at the initiation of the operation to ascertain expected exposures during that operation or workplace:  a) On or about February 28, and at times prior, the employer did not perform initial exposure monitoring immediately before or at the start of asbestos removal operations to determine employee exposure in the regulated area.    Abatement note: Abatement certification is required for this item (See Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).

29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(7)(i): Warning signs that demarcated the regulated area were not provided and displayed at each location where a regulated area was required to be established:  On or about February 28, 2017, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that signs demarcating the regulated area were posted at each point of entry into the space.    Abatement note:  Corrected during inspection.
