29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use:   A) Pallet on lift - An employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18 feet while working on a wooden pallet that was supported by a Lull lift. The employee was not provided with a personal fall arrest system or any other means of fall protection on or about January 21st, 2017.
