(a) Warehouse- Office room #134: On or about March 1st, 2017 and at times prior thereto the CSHO observed a refrigerator (Magic Chef MCBR 415S) and microwave (Emerson MW9117W) plugged into a Belkin relocatable power tap (RPT) which was plugged in series with a WireMold RPT. Also, in the shipping and receiving area, the CSHO observed a refrigerator and microwave (General Electric model J ES633WV 001) plugged into an RPT on the same circuit. All of these items were plugged into outlets labeled for circuit W21C-4.  The overcurrent device for this circuit is rated for 20 Amps.
