29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail:     a) Stairwell 1:  On March 1, 2017 and at times prior, as the controlling employer, Jackson Contractor Group Inc., did not ensure its subcontractors; Tower Group LLC, Precision Plumbing and Heating Inc., Power Tech Inc., and Air Controls Company Inc., protected their employees in that employees were exposed to a fall of approximately ten risers while using the unguarded stairwell to access and egress the second floor.       b) Stairwell 5:  On March 1, 2017 and at times prior, as the controlling employer, Jackson Contractor Group Inc., did not ensure its subcontractors; Tower Group LLC, Precision Plumbing and Heating Inc., Power Tech Inc., and Air Controls Company Inc., protected their employees in that employees were exposed to a fall of approximately ten risers while using the unguarded stairwell to access and egress the second floor.       c) Stairwell 1:  On March 1, 2017 and at times prior, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately ten risers while using the unguarded stairwell to access and egress the second floor.       d) Stairwell 5:  On March 1, 2017 and at times prior, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately ten risers while using the unguarded stairwell to access and egress the second floor.
