29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv):   The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information:  Capitol District Apartments - 225 No. 12th Street - Omaha, Nebraska 68102 - Employer is failing to provide complete hazard communication training including ,but not limited to information about on-site chemical hazards safety data sheets and the location of the safety data sheets. Subcontracted employee, exposed to chemical hazards such as Plycem fiberboard dust and Firestop sealant was unaware of relevant safety data sheets. This hazard was last observed on or about March 1, 2017.
