29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: Drive Time, 3000 Walton Way, Stockbridge, GA - In the paint mixing room #8, flexible cords were used as permanent wiring to supply power to a paint scale, fan, cell phone, and radio, on or about 03/03/17. NOTE:There was a hole drilled in the mixing room wall so that the extension cord and other electrical equipment could be brought into the flammable/combustible mixing area. THE SPRAY BOOTHS AND MIXING ROOMS ARE MAINTAINED BY DRIVE TIME, AND THE DRILLED HOLE WAS ALREADY IN THE MIXING ROOM UPON HIRING CONTRACTOR PAINTERS. Drive Time, 3000 Walton Way, Stockbridge, GA - In the bonding/buffing area on Drive Time side, extension cords were used as permanent wiring to supply power to the buffing and sanding machines, on or about 03/03/17.
