29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a) On a low pitch roof located at 60 W. Cypress St., Ludowici, GA, on or about February 10, 2017, three employees were observed walking/working within 6 ft. of unprotected edge without fall-protection training, exposing employees to a 10-foot fall hazard.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)  a) At the construction site, on or about February 10, 2017, the employer did not provide information and training to employees who work with hazardous chemicals such as, Low-Voc PVC Bonding Adhesive, Flammable Glue, and the Weathered Membrance Cleaner used at the job site, resulting in a chemical hazard.
