29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 4204 Academy Dr., Opelika, Alabama:  On or about March 7, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to work from a high slope roof without fall protection exposing his employee to a fall hazard of 18.11 feet to the ground below.  b)  At 4204 Academy Dr., Opelika, Alabama:  On or about March 7, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to work from a high slope roof without using fall protection properly as per the manufacturers recommendation exposing his employee to a fall hazard of 18.11 feet to the ground below.
