29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a) 301 South Main Street, Opp AL; On or about February 24, 2017 the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that employees were allowed to work on a roof that was 31.11 feet above the ground and the roof was sloped 5 on 12 without being protected from falling by a guardrail system with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.
