29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501:      a.  Stone Ridge Manor Sudivision, Lot #62, 2206 Abbott Drive, Buford, GA (Jobsite)- Employees were exposed to fall hazard.  The employees were not utilizing a means of fall protection while working and walking approximately 15 feet above ground level on the top of the 2x6 plywood boards, performing framing work, on or about 3/08/17.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to upper landing surfaces, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladders were used to gain access:    a.  Stone Ridge Manor Subdivision, Lot #62, 2206 Abbott Drive, Buford, GA (Jobsite)- Employees were exposed to fall hazard.  Employees were using 12' extension ladder that did not extend 3 feet above the upper landing while accessing the ladder to get up and down from the elevated working surface of the residential home, on or about 03/08/17.
