29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  a) Throughout the establishment:  On or about March 10, 2016 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that a written hazard communication program was not developed for employees using chemicals, such as but not limited to Dawn Ultra Heavy Duty Degreaser concentrate, Clean Quick Broad Range Quaternary Sanitizer and Spic and Span Floor and Multi-Surface Cleaner.  The Shane's Rib Shack was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1166780, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 19, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 8055 Senoia Rd,Fairburn,Georgia.
