29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: At the time of the inspection, laborer's doing demolition work were required to wear 1/2 mask tight fitting respirators and the employer had not implemented a respiratory protection program. Employees were not medically evaluated, fit-tested, or trained prior to wearing 1/2 mask 3M Model #60923 respirators with HEPA cartridges.
