The employer failed to protect workers from fall hazards when employees were observed working from height on an adjustable jack scaffold with the use of a mesh screen; however, the mesh screen was not properly secured nor was it fully extended between the supports. On or about 3/10/2017 employees were exposed to a serious fall hazard from a height of approximately 16 feet to the ground below without the use of fall protection.

The employees above were using hand tools and other building materials that had the potential of striking the employee below.     b.) At a residential construction site located at 2401 SW Stonecreek Ct, Blue Springs, MO 64015. The employer failed to provided protection to employees by not ensuring that employees were protected by screens or debris nets to protect the employee from materials and hand tools being moved overhead. On or about 3/10/2017 an employee was not provided protection for falling objects while other employees were working from a height of approximately 16 feet on a scaffold above. The employees above were using hand tools and other building materials that had the potential of striking the employee below due to the mesh netting not being completely and properly secured .to the scaffold.
