29 CFR 1926.452(w)(6)(i): Employee(s) were allowed to ride on scaffolds when the surface on which the scaffold was moved was not within 3 degrees of level, and/or not free of pits, holes, and obstructions:  On or about 14 March 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was working from a mobile scaffold which was moved while he rode on the scaffold and on a surface which was not free of obstructions, exposing the employee to a fall hazard.
