29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6): Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color:   a. On or about March 14, 2017, at the reception area, an illuminated exit sign located above the front exit door was not operational, the light bulbs had burned out.    b. On or about March 14, 2017, at the main office area, an illuminated exit sign located above the back exit door was not operational, the light bulbs had burned out.    NOTE:  Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer within 24 hours of the inspection.
