29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):   Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.   On 3/22/2017, workers from Juarez Perez were installing shingles on a roof of a residential building located at 5264 Woosencraft Drive in Wentzville, MO.  The owner and an employee were not wearing eye protection while using pneumatic nail guns.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  On 3/22/2017, workers from Juarez Perez were installing shingles on a roof of a residential building located at 5264 Woosencraft Drive in Wentzville, MO.  They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.   The owner and four employees were observed on the 7/12 sloped roof approximately nine feet above the ground without fall protection, exposing them to a fall to the ground below.
