A written respiratory protection program must at a minimum include:        1) Procedures for selecting respirators,      2) Procedures for medical evaluations of employees provided with respirators,      3) Procedures for fit-testing      4) Procedures for cleaning, disinfecting, storing, maintaining, inspecting, repairing and discarding respirators,      5) Procedures for training employees on associated hazards and proper use of respirators, and      6) Procedures for regularly evaluating the program's effectiveness.
