29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(ii): The floor of every workroom shall be maintained, so far as practicable, in a dry condition. Where wet processes are used, drainage shall be maintained and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places shall be provided, where practicable, or appropriate waterproof footgear shall be provided.      (a)  Main Office - On or about February 21, 2017 employees were exposed to a fall hazard due to the fact the roof was leaking onto the floor. Therefore this work area was not maintained in safe dry condition.

Unless identified for use in the operating environment, no conductors or equipment shall be located in damp or wet locations; where exposed to gases, fumes, vapors, liquids, or other agents that have a deteriorating effect on the conductors or equipment; or where exposed to excessive temperatures.    (a)  Main Office - On or about February 21, 2017 employees were exposed to an electrical shock hazard due to the fact the roof was leaking water on to energized electrical boxes and light fixtures.
