This condition exposed the employee to occupational exposure to blood or other potentially infective material.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(10): The employer did not ensure that workplace labels or other forms of warnings were prominently displayed on the container or readily available in the work area throughout each work shift:  Camp Generator Room:  On or about March 22, 2017 and at times prior thereto, a single, unlabeled cylinder was stored with other properly labeled compressed gas cylinders of flammable and nonflammable gases.  This condition limited employee information on the contents of the cylinder.
