29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Protection was not provided to avoid damage to flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring. Sharp corners and projections shall be avoided. On or about March 02, 2017 on the first floor at 21875 Buford Highway, Cumming, Georgia : employees using temporary flexible cords to power portable electrical hand tools were exposed to an electrical shock hazard. Flexible cords were subject to being cut by the sharp edges of the bottom plates when run through the metal stud walls.
