29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    (a) 1st to 2nd Floor - On or about March 27, 2017, employees  used a stairway with 16 risers missing its stair rail and handrail to conduct painting activities.    (b)  2nd to 3rd Floor - On or about March 27, 2017, employees  used a stairway with 15 risers missing its stair rail and handrail to conduct painting activities.    (c)  3rd to Roof Access - On or about March 27, 2017, employees  used a stairway with 17 risers missing its stair rail and handrail to conduct painting activities.     In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
