29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a) On or about March 29, 2017 at 597 Falling Water Blvd, Fairhope, Al: The employer failed to ensure fall protection was used by an employee working/building a carpenters scaffold as he worked from a 2x10 board exposed to a fall of 16 feet 8 inches to the ground.
