29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system :  Worksite, 681 Main Street, Belleville, NJ  a) The employer did not protect employees performing roofing work on a 4000 ft2 roof,  with an incline approximately 2.05 degrees with a parapet on the south side of the roof approximately 12 inches high, which tapers down to the middle of the West and East side of the roof at approximately 21 inches high,  with any means of fall protection.   During such operations workers were exposed to a fall hazard of 18 feet to the ground below.   b) The employer did not protect employees performing roofing work on a  500 ft2 flat roof with a 29 inch parapet with any means of fall protection.  During such operations workers were exposed to a fall hazard of 14 feet to the ground below.    Violation occurred on or about 3-30-17
