During such operations workers were exposed to a fall hazard of 18 feet to the ground below.   b) The employer did not protect employees performing roofing work on a  500 ft2 flat roof with a 29 inch parapet with any means of fall protection.  During such operations workers were exposed to a fall hazard of 14 feet to the ground below.    Violation occurred on or about 3-30-17
