Temporary employees engaged in warehousing activities worked in areas where the host employer required the use of personal protective equipment and the host employer did not complete a written certification. Employees and temporary employees engaged in warehousing and repackaging of food items used L.D.F. Industries, Inc., DM-1810, disposable respirators, that were not required by the employer, were not provided basic information as outlined in Appendix D. 29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse:  a. 30 Saw Mill Pond Road, Edison, NJ - warehouse  The employer did not ensure merchandise stored in the refrigerated section of the warehouse was securely stacked.  Employees engaged in warehousing activities placed pallets of frozen food products in a manner which would allow unsecured boxes of products to fall.  Pallets were high stacked and showed signs of tipping.   Violation observed on or about March 30, 2017
