Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i): The employee training did not include the methods and observations used to detect the presence or release of a hazardous chemical in the work area: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) 331 South Main Street, Uxbridge, MA: On or about March 30, 2017 the employer had not provided training to employees which included the methods and observations used to detect the presence or release of a hazardous chemical in the area. Employees were operating seated power trowels on a newly placed concrete inside of a work area which was completely enclosed by plastic sheeting with no ventilation controls to ensure a hazardous build up of CO gas did not occur. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
