29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) For employees working at 2014 Sunrise Drive in Sebring, as observed on or about March 30, 2017. Employees were working on the steep roof without the use of a fall protection system. Employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 8 foot 6 inches.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: a) For employees working at 2014 Sunrise Drive in Sebring, as observed on or about March 30, 2017. Employees were using an extension ladder to access the upper working surface that was only extended approximately 2 feet above the upper landing surface. Employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 8 foot 6 inches.
