In the wash area of the shop employee(s) were exposed to the health hazards associated with the use of an aluminum deoxidizer cleaner, acid solution, to remove carbon buildup from the welding process. No drenching equipment such as, but not limited to an eye wash was available, on or about, 04/03/2017.
