On or about April 3, 2017, at the facility where employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while operating a Coffing brand 1 ton hoist that had a defective safety latch on the hoisting hook.     b. On or about April 3, 2017 at the facility where employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while operating a Demag brand 1 ton hoist that had a defective safety latch on the hoisting hook.    c. On or about April 3, 2017 at the facility where employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while operating a Yale brand 1/2 ton hoist that had a defective safety latch on the hoisting hook.
