29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employees were exposed to an airborne concentration of Carbon Monoxide listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8-hour Time-Weighted Average concentration of 50 parts per million particles of air (50 ppm) for any 8-hour work shift of a 40-hour work week and attenuated accordingly for extended work shifts in extended work weeks: On or about April 3, 2017, the concentration of carbon monoxide gas in the laundry room created by the gas powered pressure washer exceeded 50.0ppm, the carbon monoxide levels specified in 1910.1000. Employee carbon monoxide exposure was 1240.60 ppm, as an 8 hour time weighted average. On April 3, 2017 employee carbon monoxide exposure was for 450 minutes, the remaining 30 minutes was considered zero exposure time.
