29 CFR 1910.95(i)(3): Employees were not given the opportunity to select their hearing protectors from a variety of suitable hearing protectors provided by the employer: (a) Plant Wide, on or about and at times preceding to April 5, 2017, for employees who were required to wear hearing protectors, 3M EAR soft yellow neon with NRR 33 earplugs were the only style of hearing protectors supplied to the employees.
