29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:    (a)  On or about April 7, 2017, at a job site located at 1370 FM 178, Terrell, TX, employees were setting trusses to a commercial building and were exposed to eye injuries while using nail guns. Employees were not wearing safety glasses and were exposed to eye injuries.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:       (a)   On or about April 7, 2017, at a job site located at 1370 FM 178, Terrell, TX, employees were setting trusses to a commercial building and were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12-feet to the lower level.
