29 CFR 1926.502(f)(2): Warning line systems did not consist of ropes, wires, or chains, and supporting stanchions erected in accordance with (f)(2)(i) through (f)(2)(v) of this section:    While employees were working on the low sloped roof, east section of building, 19 feet high:    a)   sections of the warning line system on the north side did not have high-visibility material  attached to lines at least every 6 feet.    b)   sections of the warning line system on the north and south sides were only traffic cones without connecting lines between them.
