29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  a) 25 Farmington Ave., Longmeadow, MA: On or about April 10, 2017 two employees were observed roofing this residence , more than 22 feet above the ground below without any fall protection.   Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).  Ernest Baron DBA ECO Roofing  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926 501 (b) 13, which was contained in OSHA inspection number799201, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on January 31, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 218 South St., Holyoke.
