29 CFR 1926.251(a)(2)(i): The employer failed to ensure rigging equipment had permanently affixed and legible identification markings as prescribed by the manufacturer that indicate the recommended safe working load.  a. On or about April 11, 2017, in a 10 foot 4 inch deep excavation, on the west side of the excavation site, employees were using a four legged wire rope sling that did not have markings to show the manufacturer rated capacities, exposing employees to a struck by hazard.
