29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system:  (a)  On the east side of the site employees involved in a roofing operation on the roof of the commercial building were not required to wear a personal fall arrest system exposing them to an approximate 16 foot fall.   Violation was observed on or about 04/12/2017.
