On or about April 14, 2017, at the construction site located at 71 Woodland Avenue, Columbus, Ohio, employees were operating nail guns to install roofing shingles without eye protection exposing them to potential eye injuries.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.   a.  On or about April 14, 2017, at the construction site located at 71 Woodland Avenue, Columbus, Ohio, employees were performing roofing work on an existing two story residential home with a pitch of approximately 10 in 12 and approximately 25 feet in height with no fall protection, thereby exposing the employees to a fall hazard.
