29 CFR 1910.141(a)(5): A continuing and effective extermination program was not instituted where rodents, insects, or other vermin were detected:         a.)Discovery House, 214 Airport Rd, Clearfield, PA, on or about April 14th, 2017 and times prior thereto:  Employees were exposed to biological hazards associated with rodents in that, mouse droppings were found in areas including, but not limited to, the lunch room eating areas, and office areas throughout the facility.  While an extermination program had been implemented, the continued presence of mouse droppings indicated that the current program was not completely effective.
