OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that a "safe distance" exposure prevention procedure was not implemented and utilized exposing employees to amputation hazards.    a) On or about 04/13/17, in the press break area, employees were exposed to amputation hazards when operating the press brakes due to employer not conducting a periodic inspection of the "safe distance" exposure prevention procedure at least annually to ensure this procedure is being followed.     ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
